KeyARt is an augmented reality mobile application designed to reinvent the way museum goers experience gallery spaces. Developed by an Italian group of developers based out of southern Italy, the innovative mobile application allows users to augment the most iconic works of art in museums around the world and get instant access to curated content right on the spot. With a host of unique features, which range from audio, video and in app mini games, KeyARt is a one of kind augmented reality experience, which is designed to disrupt the traditional audio guide model.
dpgw facilitated KeyARt's entrance into the American market by establishing a robust direct marketing program, which positioned ambassadors around New York City's most visited museums. These ambassadors promoted the application to trigger impulse downloads by users on the spot. With thousands of downloads generated over the course of two months, the Direct Marketing campaign was a success and established a significant increase DAU.

CREATING 250+ ORGANIC POINTS OF ADVERTISEMENT
dpgw was given the task to generate 2,000 organic application downloads per month for the Keyart app launch...in New York City alone. Armed with nothing more than printed marketing pamphlets and t-shirts dpgw turned every hotel in the city into an organic point of advertising.
dpgw contacted 250+ hotels in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and formed free partnerships with hotel concierges. Each concierge was given a box of KeyArt material and an educational session on the application. The benefit to them? The ability to promote a new activity in the city to their guests - augmented museum tours.
