OVERVIEW
O'cado is a wellness-focused restaurant located in Sherman Oaks, California. Originally part of the California Pita chain, the franchise owner purchased the restaurant from the corporation and decided to rebrand and remodel under the new name O'cado.
EXECUTION
dpgw led the owner of O'cado through the entire restaurant development process. From brand positioning to interior design, dpgw executed on the owners vision of an establishment that promotes a fresh and healthy lifestyle with a focus on the local community.

INTERIOR DESIGN
FRESH FACE TO THE STOREFRONT
From blueprint to first ground break, dpgw led interior design for the new restaurant. The addition of O'cados beer and wine license meant the restaurant interior needed to serve both the existing in-and-out customer as well as the new visitor that would want to enjoy an after work or weekend meal, or happy hour in the busy Sherman Oaks area.

Coming from the California Pita franchise, the community had grown to know that location as a quick and healthy option for the area. It was important that dpgw preserved the local accessibility of the establishment while translating the new value of the restaurant as higher quality, independent space. dpgw led O'cado through the logo development process selecting the final form as their official mark.
