MIAMI TRADE SHOW
Apparel Textile Sourcing is your destination to meet International apparel, textile, fashion and fabric manufacturers, factories, and leaders. In 2018, the ATS organization launched a new trade in Miami that catered to the Latin American market. ATSM brought 2000 buyers and apparel industry professionals to the Mana Wynwood convention center for three days of sourcing, inspiration, and connections. More than 150 companies from over 17 different countries exhibited 2018 show, which showcased over 30 seminars and panels and a complete runway fashion show.
dpgw was brought on as the defunct marketing department to lead pre-show marketing, onsite marketing, and post show sales cycle. dpgw has worked with the ATS organization on a previous show and brought a comprehensive understanding and strategy to increase authentic attendees registrations, and provide them with a rewarding experience all three days. dpgw successfully brought over 2,000 attendees to ATSM 2018, and continued to provide expert digital marketing support for the 2019 show.

dpgw led digital SEM on Facebook and Instagram to target potential attendees in the U.S. dpgw created detailed digital targeting strategy and led multiple geo-targeted campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

SHOOT AND EDIT ALL ONSITE
dpgw led onsite videography and photography for all three days of the show shooting and editing onsite to provide the social media team real-time content to post, and to prepare the agency team for post-show marketing assets including recap videos.
DIRECT MARKETING STRATEGY
dpgw provided complete strategy and creative execution on email marketing campaign leading up to the show, and post-show marketing. Email marketing was divided into two target groups, one targeting new attendees and the other potential exhibiting companies.
WEB DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING ASSETS
dpgw Led creative direction of the ATSM registration website designed to convert potential attendees and entice potential exhibitors. dpgw further led the creative direction of the ATSM post-show site, which provided a recap of the entire trade show.
dpgw supported all digital, direct, and show marketing with creative execution on print and digital marketing assets including the post-show report sent to all exhibitors and attendees.

CAMPAIGN FOLLOW UP

Due to 2018's success, dpgw was able to secure an additional contract with Apparel Textile Sourcing to run marketing for their new 2019 Miami show. dpgw work expanded to include website development, show branding, project management, and additional digital marketing alongside SEM.
